The 12 acre croft of "Instabillie" is situated one mile from the Bay of Skaill and the world famous Neolithic village of Skara Brae, with fantastic sea views over the Bay and across the West Mainland of Orkney.

"Instabillie" sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms, has an open plan kitchen/living room, conservatory, bathroom and shower-room. Under-floor heating throughout and a wood burning stove in the living area. It has its own separate building used for a utility room with plenty of space for outdoor equipment to be stored. There is an enclosed garden and lots of parking space.

"Upper Instabillie" sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, has a kitchen, bathroom, shower room and living room (this room was the original But 'n' Ben, and has been renovated using the original flagstones and furnished in keeping with the house). There is under-floor heating throughout, as well as a wood burning/multi fuel fire in the living room. There is a separate building used as a utility room which has ample space for storing any outdoor equipment. There is a large garden and loads of outdoor space.
